External program (ongoing): Educational platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Sweden, offering individual coaching, events and training materials on topics such as global expansion, logistics and digital marketing. Launched in October 2021 with partners Business Sweden, PostNord, Almi, E-handel.se and Regional Exportsamverkan Skåne, the Swedish E-Commerce Academy supports and develops SMBs looking to learn about e-commerce. 2022 success metrics: 8 events, +1800 registrations, +800 attendees, avg 86% satisfaction score.


Amazon Seller Live Education

External program (ongoing): Educational program to educate Amazon Selling Partners through weekly live webinars on selected products and features. Launched in September 2021, the program aims to establish customer trust, and empower new and existing Selling Partners to successfully establish and maintain their presence foremost in Sweden, Netherlands and Polen, and foster international expansion. 2022 success metrics: 26 events, +650 registrations, +400 attendees, +800 on-demand views, avg 97% satisfaction score.

3PX SE Working Student Program

Internal program (retired): Virtual series of quarterly cross-vertical working sessions in the Amazon Devices space, initiated in Fall of 2020. Sessions present an opportunity for CS content stakeholders to connect across verticals, identify divergences, promote best practices, uncover pain points and brainstorm solutions to jointly generate new ideas to simplify, unblock and evolve internal processes. Success metrics 2020: 3 events, 9 participating verticals, 92% satisfaction score.


Internal program (ongoing): Complementary approach to traditional hiring of full-time employees and means to provide temporary support for New Seller Recruiting teams. Initiated in Fall of 2020; gradual program expansion from 1 to 5 students employed simultaneously (9 total, from 6 educational institutions and 3 areas of study). 2022 success metrics: +9 projects supported, 50% recruiting conversion as appl., 72% satisfaction score.
